About your glass
Every piece of Deep Waters Glass is individually designed, made by hand from a variety of glass mediums, inclusions and embellishments and fired in one of my kilns. The handmade nature of my work results in each piece being totally unique and subject to variations in pattern, colour, texture, bubbles and finish. Slight imperfections are to be expected and enhance the natural beauty of handmade piece fused and shaped glass.
I handmake the majority of pieces to order. As such, should you place an order for a design seen on my website please be aware that while every effort will be taken to replicate the piece it will be subject to some degree of variation.
All photography is is carried out by me and while every effort is taken to ensure pieces are depicted as accurately as possible differing technology and settings may render slight variance in results.
None of the glass produced by Deep Waters Glass has been tested in either a microwave, oven or dishwasher. As such we recommend your glass is not heated and is cleaned either in warm soapy water or with a soft cloth. Some pieces will require to remain dry and this will be advised at time of purchase.

Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being is if they’re faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of Deep Waters Glass. As such I am not able to cancel orders or accept returns on any commission, made-to-order, bespoke, customised or personalised items unless they are found to be faulty or that it is clear to both parties that I have not followed your specification. The bespoke nature of these items mean it would be unlikely to resell them owing to the unique design and appeal.
